||Hutt women playing themselves into Final Series
The Hutt women have played themselves into the Final Series by having the opportunity to play polo in the pool.
In 2010 the girls were denied the opportunity to play a crucial game against Harbour City with the later club opting to earn points by a default from a power cut at WRAC.
The girls, being great believers in Karma, have successful earned another eight points at WRAC today by defeating QEII Crushers in a double points clash 13 ? 8.
Kate Enoka was on fire slamming home four into the cage with Kirsten Hudson heating up to claim three.
The HMC team, comprising 11 Hutt women together ex Hutt member Billie Gruschow, and Maranui?s Jess Bolwerk have earned a total of 20 comp points over the five games played at Easter.

A minute later Matt Bryant broke the deadlock to put Hutt in front 5-4. Eamon Lui pushed Hutt out to a 6-4 lead but Chambers replied for Maranui, score 6-5. Hutt?s Matt Bryant scored to maintain the 2 point buffer 8-6, but Steven Peters scored to keep Maranui in the hunt 8-7. Then foul trouble for Maranui and consecutive goals by Josh Campbell took Hutt to a three point lead, 10-7. A determined Maranui replied with a goal to Pat St Cin bringing Maranui within striking distance, 10-8 to Hutt. With 26 seconds to go, Hutt goalie Chris Naylor caught Maranui out with a long range goal to clinch the game 11-8.
