U16 boys make season clean sweep of Inter-Club
The U16 boys once again dominated Maranui to take out the Inter Club Final 15 – 6.
Maranui showed some resistance in the first half but it wasn’t enough to penetrate Hutt’s defence.
Going into the third 6 – 3; the Hutt boys went up a gear in the final quarters to slam home another 9 goals by executing a solid all round team performance.
The team now heads off to Auckland on Saturday to compete in the U16 Division 1 National Championship starting on 1 October.

Hutt U14 Boys win Inter Club
The Hutt U14 boys too strong for Palmy in the Inter Club final at Huia tonight 11 – 2
The first half was an arm wrestle as both team jostled for dominance.
Hutt took a slim lead of 3 – 2 into the third quarter and their defence kept Palmy scoreless while they found the back of the net twice.
Hutt turned on the heat in the fourth to slam home six goals to take out U14 Inter club final 11 – 2

U12 Claim Term 3 Inter club
Congrats to Hutt’s Under 12 team who won the U12 Term 3 Inter Club at Huia on Thursday.
Hutt dominated Harbour City in all facets of the game in the first half scoring 9 goals to one. Leading Hutt’s offensive was Kennedy Snellgrove and Georgina Smith who both found the back of the net three times each.
Hutt continued to out-class their town rivals in the second half finishing with a convincing 15 – 6 victory over Harbour City.

U16 Inter Club comp starts in July
The Wellington Water Polo Inter-Club U16 Competition is starting in July.
Games are played on Thursday nights from between Huia & WRAC facilities on a home and away basis.
This starts on Thursday 27th July with finals night scheduled for Thursday 28th September.
If you are interested in playing in this regional competition, please us know by Friday 30th June.
